We are looking for a calm, dependable overnight caregiver to support a kind young man with autism and other disabilities in his family’s home. This is meaningful, part-time weekend work in a welcoming and respectful environment.
This role is ideal for someone who prefers quiet overnight hours and values making a real difference in someone’s life while helping maintain a peaceful nighttime routine.
What You’ll Do
- Remain awake and attentive throughout the overnight shift
- Provide personal care, including diaper changes when needed
- Offer comfort and support if he wakes during the night
- Help maintain a calm, safe nighttime routine
- Support safety during occasional challenging moments
What We’re Looking For
- Age 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of caregiving, nanny, or related experience preferred
- Patient, reliable, and consistent with attendance
- Able to pass background clearances
- Experience with special needs is a plus
