Part-Time Support Position – Downingtown Area
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable individual to provide 1:1 support to a capable young man who is working on building organizational, planning, and time management skills, as well as becoming more involved in his community.
This is a part-time position (approximately 8 hours per week), with a flexible schedule. Ideal availability includes 2–4 hour shifts in the afternoon, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the option for some weekend hours if preferred.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone encouraging, engaging, patient, and dependable
- 1–3 years of experience in tutoring, special education, social work, or a related field
- Ability to support skill-building in a positive, engaging way
- Must have reliable transportation
