We’re looking for a thoughtful and experienced Direct Support Professional to support a warm, funny, and community-oriented woman in her 40s who lives in a beautiful home in Chestnut Hill. She loves staying active, volunteering, and continuing to grow her independence—and she’s looking for someone who will encourage and support her along the way.
This is a calm, positive environment where your presence truly matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll help create a structured, enjoyable day while supporting independence and confidence. Your support will include:
- Planning engaging daytime routines and community outings
- Preparing simple, healthy breakfasts and lunches together
- Encouraging movement, activity, and healthy habits
- Assisting with choosing weather-appropriate, stylish outfits
- Offering respectful prompts for personal care when needed
- Supporting volunteer activities and community involvement

Who You Are
- Warm, patient, and naturally respectful
- Experienced (at least 2 years in caregiving)
- Familiar with supporting adults with IDD
- Reliable, proactive, and able to think creatively
- Able to pass state and federal background checks
- Non-smoker
Compensation
Starting at $25/hour, with flexibility based on experience and services provided.
