PRN Companion / Direct Support Professional (All Shifts Available)
Looking for flexible PRN work where you can truly make a difference? Join our team as a Companion / Direct Support Professional providing compassionate support and supervision to an individual in their home and community. We are currently hiring dependable, caring staff for weekday and weekend shifts.
Available PRN Shifts
- Monday–Friday: 8-hour shifts (daytime/evening availability)
- Saturday & Sunday: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Flexible scheduling based on availability and staffing needs
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections, supporting independence, and providing reliable care in a calm, supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide companionship and supportive care
- Assist with daily routines and activities
- Support community outings, recreation, and social engagement
- Monitor safety and well-being throughout the shift
- Offer assistance with personal care, as needed
- Communicate observations and complete shift documentation
- Respond calmly and appropriately to needs or unexpected situations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in caregiving, direct support, home care, or related field preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain attentive, engaged, and proactive during shifts
- Reliable transportation
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
