Part-Time Support Staff Professional Position – West Chester, PA

A kind and engaging woman in her 50s with Down syndrome, who lives in her family’s welcoming home, is looking for morning support staff to join her team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing support, and bringing positivity to someone’s daily life.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Occasional weekend hours may also be available
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with morning routines and personal care
- Helping prepare breakfast and clean up afterward
- Providing companionship and engaging in activities
- Playing board games, coloring, and enjoying local outings
We are looking for someone who is patient, upbeat, and enjoys supporting others in a respectful and caring way.
Additional Information:
- Friendly black lab in the home
- Pay starts at $20/hour, with flexibility based on experience
- Training and support will be provided by the family
