Enhanced Services Position (2:1 Staffing)
Are you looking for more than just a job?
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and professional Support Staff Professional (SSP) to join a dedicated team supporting an amazing 21-year-old young man in his home and community. This is a rewarding opportunity to build a meaningful relationship while helping someone live a full, active, and engaging life.
The young man you will support is bright, fun, and enjoys being around people who are kind, positive, and genuinely interested in spending time with him. He loves sensory activities, community outings, learning new things, and staying connected to the world around him. He communicates using an iPad and basic sign language and thrives when staff are engaged, creative, and enthusiastic.
Just as importantly, you will be working alongside a wonderful family who are supportive, welcoming, and appreciative of the staff who support their son. This is a home where teamwork, respect, and open communication are valued. Staff are viewed as important members of the team and are supported by experienced behavioral professionals who provide training, guidance, and ongoing assistance in implementing his behavioral support plan.
About the Position
This is an Enhanced Services position requiring a qualified professional who can provide active, hands-on support throughout the day. You will work as part of a 2:1 staffing team, helping to create meaningful experiences both at home and in the community.

Christopher can experience periods of self-injurious or aggressive behavior. Comprehensive training, support, and ongoing coaching will be provided to help staff respond safely and effectively. We are seeking someone who remains calm, consistent, and compassionate while working as part of a collaborative team.
