Job Summary
Are you looking for a unique, engaging part-time role where you can make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a reliable and supportive Direct Support Professional (DSP) to partner with an independent artist, musician, and tech enthusiast in the Whitehall area.
This position blends creative collaboration and technology support with everyday living assistance. You'll help with digital portfolios, music projects, and social media while supporting light housekeeping, personal organization, and community outings. Specific goals and activities can be discussed flexibly and adapted over time based on mutual interests and rapport. Once established, there is potential for limited remote support for select creative and tech projects.
What You'll Do
- Creative Support: Assist with digital art, graphic design, music recording, video game projects, and updating online portfolios or LinkedIn.
- Community Connection: Accompany on local outings, errands, and music rehearsals/events.
- Daily Living & Organization: Provide encouragement and assistance with light housekeeping, home organization, and daily routines.

Position Details
- Schedule: 10–20 hours per week (flexible scheduling, typically two 5-hour days to start; potential for limited remote hours after building rapport).
- Employment Structure: Direct employment supervision provided by a family Managing Employer through Pennsylvania's Agency With Choice (AWC) waiver program.
